Emerald Blair is Three Months Old

She is 10, going on 11 pounds. She still smiles and "talks" a lot and today (!) she laughed for the first time!

Emerald Blair is Two Months Old

Time really is going so fast, Emerald changed so much between her first and second month. It seems everyone is always saying that about babies, but I feel even more aware of it this time than with The Captain. Maybe because having a newborn next to a three year old makes me all the more aware of just how far he has come since he was that small,  or because being Mommy to two people makes life feel more than twice as busy! 

Emerald continues to charm us with her sparkling personality, we are so lucky to have her!
